Bargain Huntin' & Movie Watchin'

Today we walked around the neighborhood and went to some yard sales. Derek doesn't like stuff like that. I'm surprised he even went. But.. here's what we found:

4 books for Aubree- $1
The Lion King VHS- $1
A brand new bag of Mega Blocks (100ct)- $3
Gaming chair for Derek- $5 He couldn't believe he found something at a yard sale!

The Good: I lost 3.6 pounds this week!
The Bad: I only lost 1 pound last week.
The Ugly: Their the same pounds I lost last December.

I adapted this from a cake my grandmother makes.

Butter cupcake with a peach filling (made from fresh peaches and sugar reduced) frosted with sweet sour cream icing.

Lately I have been a cupcakeholic. I haven't been eating them, just dreaming them up and reading my cupcake books! It's fun, you should do it too!
