Website Recommendation

If your trying to lose (or gain) weight, or just curious about how many calories you burned at your last workout, here's a site you need to check out:

You can search for foods and keep everything you eat for the day on your "plate" so you can keep up with how many calories, fat grams, sodium, ect you consume. It will tell you how many calories you need to eat per day to lose X pounds. Very cool. One of my favorite features is that the exercise is specifically set up for your weight and height, so it's very accurate.

I plan on starting to use the site again tomorrow. Wish me luck!
